Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). During busy periods or special promotions, please allow for a slightly longer processing time. We will always do our best to get your order sent out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Costs: We ship within the United States only. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Domestic Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package.

Shipping Address Accuracy: Please double-check your billing and shipping address before submitting your order. Penelope Land Studio is not responsible for any delays or issues that arise from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we strive for timely deliveries, Penelope Land Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@penelopelanestudio.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

Free Shipping: Periodically, we offer complimentary shipping on orders exceeding a specified amount (for example, $75). This promotion is valid exclusively within the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping eligibility is determined after all discounts and coupons are applied.
