Your satisfaction is our top priority at Penelope Lane Studio. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Verifiable proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for safety and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. To help us process your request, please include photos of the damaged items and their packaging in your email.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply email our customer support team at support@penelopelanestudio.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email. Once your refund is verified and accepted, your refund will be processed and funds credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
